    No knowing how I like them yet …

    Hi, received the replacement perfectly. Followed the syncing directions. BUT, am stuck when go to use them now, as on my iPhone BlueTooth settings it says “expired”. I went to Apple Store over the issue, and they worked fine there. Now back to not connecting sue to device being expired. I had used already used “forget this device”. And started afresh when replacement came in. Stuck using an ancient Jabra device. Is there HELP? I’d so appreciate it.
