Powerbeats Pro Replacement

The Powerbeats pro that I ordered worked perfectly after I lost my other pair. The pairing instructions were incredibly easy to follow and worked the first time. Definetly a better solution then ordering a whole new set when I only need one ear bud.

Great Customer Service!

So I purchased a replacement left ear piece about a year ago and it is still going strong. 7 hour charge time and sounds great. This year the right ear piece starting loosing it's charge around 2 hours. So it was time to replace it. I purchased a right ear piece this time. Unfortunately the new ear piece would only stay charged for 30 minutes and then shut off. I contacted customer service and they get back to me with in 24 hrs. They sent me the link to file a claim and print a return label. I sent them pictures of the product and the tracking info. They responded right away with a thank you. My new ear piece arrived 24 hrs later and I have had no problems since. I wanted to take a moment to thank TheRightOne Company and staff for having integrity and making sure I received a quality product. Cheers. Big G

Works well

Took awhile to get here but it did work and charge well. It was exactly as advertised.

Was a bit sketched out since I’ve never used this website but the headphone I lost and the replacement came in about a week. Super easy instructions to follow and the headphone works great. Five stars for me! Thank you!
