Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you would like to return your unused item, we only request that you pay for return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return claim, please visit our return portal and enter your order number and email address or shipping zip code. When your return request is approved, a shipping label with be automatically generated and sent via email. Once we receive the item back, we will issue your refund back to your original payment method or via store credit, whichever method is selected. Please note that a processing fee of $4.99 will be deducted from your order total. This covers the cost of return shipping. 

Items sent back using your own postage will not be accepted.

Damages, Issues and Product Warranty
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item is deemed to be damaged or defective in any way, we will provide you with the option of receiving a replacement or returning for a full refund at no additional cost. We offer a 60-day warranty on all products from the date of purchase. This warranty applies in the event that a defect may arise after normal use. This warranty does not cover damages caused by accidental damage or loss.

Exchanges
Did you purchase the wrong model or the wrong side? We offer instant exchanges so that you can quickly exchange your order for the correct item. You can start the process through our return portal. Please note that exchanges will be shipped out the next business day and there will be a $4.99 processing fee that covers the cost of return shipping. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
