Apple AirPods Beats Google Pixel Buds Samsung Galaxy Buds

Apple AirPods

  1. Unpair your original set. Go to Settings -> Bluetooth -> click “info” icon next to device -> click “Forget This Device”.
  2. Place both the left pod and the right pod in the case, close the lid.
  3. Connect the charging case to a power source and charge for 30 minutes or until you see a solid green or white light when lifting the lid up.
  4. Remove cable and open the lid. Press and hold the pairing button on the back of the case until the light flashes white.
  5. If a setup animation appears, you have successfully paired your AirPods. If a setup animation does not appear after 10 seconds, then close and reopen the lid. Repeat the process from step 1.

    Beats Studio Buds, Studio Buds+, FitPro and Powerbeats Pro

    1. Unpair your original set. Go to Settings -> Bluetooth -> click “info” icon next to device -> click “Forget This Device”.
    2. Place both left and right buds in the case, close the lid.
    3. Connect the charging case to a power source and charge for 30 minutes.
    4. Remove cable and open the lid. Press and hold the pairing button on the center of the case until the light flashes white.
    5. If a setup animation appears, you have successfully paired your Beats. If a setup animation does not appear after 10 seconds, then close and reopen the lid. Repeat the process from step 1.

      Google Pixel Buds

      1. Unpair your original set:
        • Go to your device’s Bluetooth settings
        • Unpair your Google Pixel Buds
      2. Ensure both buds are seated in the charging case, plug the case into a power source.
      3. Leave the charging case open and charge for 30 minutes.
      4. Press and hold the pairing button on the back of the case for 30 seconds, until the light begins flashing orange and white slowly.
      5. Release the button and wait for the light to start flashing white (this can take 10-20 seconds).
      6. Once flashing white, your Google Pixel Buds will be reset and ready to pair.

      Note: If the light is flashing orange and white quickly, the buds are not properly seated in the charging case. Gently hold them down into the charging case while performing steps 4-6.

      Samsung Galaxy Buds

      1. Unpair your original set:
        • Go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth
        • Tap the More Info icon  next to your device
        • Scroll to the bottom and tap Unpair
      2. Place both buds in the case, close the lid and plug the case into a power source. Charge for at least 30 minutes.
      3. Remove charging cable from the case. Open the lid. With 2 fingers, press down on each earbud at the same time until the light starts flashing green.
      4. Tap connect on your phone.
      5. Open the Samsung Galaxy Wearable App select Earbuds Settings. Then select Earbuds Software Update.
      6. Press the update button and let the earbuds update. (This takes about 5 minutes). Once updated, your set is ready to go!

      Note: If a setup animation does not appear after 10 seconds, charge for 2-3 hours and try again.
