Can you replace a single AirPod or other wireless earbud?

Absolutely! Earbuds are designed to be replaceable.

Single earbuds and empty charging cases sold by TheRightOne can easily be paired to your original set. All you have to do is follow a few setup steps (included with each order) and you're all set. No need to go out and buy an entirely new pair!

Before ordering, we always recommend double checking the compatibility table in the product details section to make sure you are ordering the correct replacement.

Are all of your products authentic?

Yes. A critical part of our refurbishing process is authenticating each replacement to ensure that they are genuine Apple, Beats, Samsung or Google products. It's not possible to pair a non-authentic earbud with an original one.

What are my options if I ordered the wrong model or the incorrect side?

If you ordered the wrong model or incorrect side (don't worry, this happens all the time), you can quickly exchange your item. Please visit our return portal and follow the instructions there. 

What should I do if I found my earbud or it started working again?

If you no longer need your order and it has not yet shipped, you can cancel your order. Visit your order status page and click "Cancel".

Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped. You can return your item for a refund through our return portal.
