Working ok,but scratches and paint is wore off
I give the customer service five stars. Their product, not so much. Unfortunately I lost an airpod and got a replacement through here. After three weeks the AirPod started to sound muffled. I contacted customer service and they were great on getting me a replacement promptly. Unfortunately the replacement was not working from the start, muffled and the sound just terrible. So I contacted them again and got a refund. I’m sad they didn’t work out but happy with their team to try and make it right.
Daughter lost her AirPod on a cruise ship. Was worried we would have to buy a whole new kit.
