I purchased a Right Beats Fit Pro Replacement on January 1, 2025, but it did not work upon trying it. I contacted customer service and received a detailed email with further instructions on how to pair it with my Beats Fit Pro. The next day, a customer support specialist, Maribel, reached out to assist me.
I followed the recommended steps, but the issue persisted. I then emailed Maribel twice within three days, but received no response. Due to the lack of communication, I decided to return the product.
However, when initiating the return on their website, I was informed that further investigation was needed and that someone would contact me soon. It has now been almost a week, and no one has reached out.
Just before leaving a one-star review, I attempted the return process again, only to see a message stating that my product was already returned—which is completely false.
This experience has been extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I still have the defective product without a refund. I sincerely hope a customer service representative will contact me to resolve this issue after seeing this review.
