Great alternative !

I lost my left bud on a trip to a college campus and even with findmy it was nowhere to be found. GPS was stating that the last place it was at was in front of a parking garage…6hrs ago. I was REALLY hoping i didn’t have to buy a whole new airpod pro and i was lucky i found this site through reddit! I ended up getting a much more used/well loved (a dog may have gotten hold of it or it’d been stepped on) left bud and it works PERFECTLY. i don’t care how it looks, i just needed it to be in one piece and working how it should! I also saved so much more money vs going through apple for the replacement. Definitely will tell others about this place.

Exactly what was advertised

Bought a refurbished right Airpod Pro 2. It was a little worn, but clean. They advertised it as such and it was a great price. Would use them again if my kid can't keep track of his Air Pods this time.

Need to exchange my replacement. What is the process for replacement?

I need a left ear pod 1st Generation (apple). I mistakingly ordered a 2nd Gen after I checked videos on how to determine the Gen, I guess it didn't help much.
Please how do I start the process of replacing my left ear pod? from 2nd to 1st gen?

NOTE: This is the second time I ordered a replacement. The first time was for a different ear pod. I’been very happy doing business with this company.
