Well Loved? - I don't think so

I ordered a pair of AirPods listed as "Well Loved," but what I received was far from acceptable. The AirPods arrived with a yellow/beige tint and looked quite unsanitary — definitely not the condition I was expecting based on the description.

I reached out to customer support right away and followed all instructions, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any response, even though their policy says replies will come within one business day.

Overall, I’m really disappointed with both the product and the lack of follow-up. I wouldn’t recommend ordering here unless you're okay taking a gamble on quality and communication.
