Doesn’t work

We have reset it disconnected reconnected forgot device all the things in the left. AirPod doesn’t turn on nor does it connect.

Loved this replacement works wonderfly. It was more than 50% less then buying it through apple directly.

Not Pleased With Purchase

The AirPod sound is so soft that you have to turn the volume all the way up on your phone to hear anything out of it. This won't allow you to use the Apple AirPod and The Right One AirPods at the same time because the Apple is then too loud.

We mistakenly ordered the wrong side. No problem. Returned and replaced. The correct one came but it only worked intermittently. No problem. Returned and replaced.
Now everything is fine. Service is great .
