Good product, great customer service

Had an issue with the first item that they sent me, took a while to figure out if it was on my end or an issue with the earbud. Excellent customer service, walked me through the process the entire time, and was very helpful, eventually sending me out a replacement at no cost, which is working great so far. I would definitely buy through them again.

Defective sound production. The Wrong One

I guess they only check to see if the device pairs and if the buttons work. The sound quality is as faint as possible, regardless of volume setting/music. Just buy an OEM from apple.
