First I orders the wrong charger. They helped me find the right one I needed and did the exchange painlessly. The product works great. My old charger and pods had fallen out of my pocket and got ran over by my water truck, so the charger quit working. Now the pods and charger are great.

Superb delivery time, the airpod replacement is a genuine product. Sound quality is just like the original! Took a short time to set up, the condition of the replacement is good, even though it says "fair" on the website, it has barely any damage, dents, scratches or marks. 10/10 product, I would 100% buy it again!
