I was so upset when my dog chewed up my left Studio Beats earbud, but then I found The Right One. I ordered a new bud, and it arrived quickly, but I had difficulty pairing it. They were very helpful in trying to troubleshoot it, and when it still didn’t work, they sent me a replacement no questions asked. The new one worked just fine! Would definitely buy from them again.

Great replacement

I was so bummed when I lost just one of my ear buds but this was a perfect replacement. The right color came in with no change in quality of sound.

Left earbud replacement

The earbud itself is satisfactory in appearance however when I attempt to place it in the charging port it doesn’t drop into place. For some reason or another it seems like it’s being repelled similar to like poles on a magnet, and if it can’t be charged it isn’t going to be much good even if I get it properly bonded with the other bud.
