I always order from here when I lose an AirPod, and this time it wouldn't connect to my phone (it said it was the wrong generation). I was annoyed but Customer Service was great, confirmed it was the correct AirPod, and gave me easy instructions to reset and pair it. Great experience, hopefully I won't need y'all anytime soon!

I would give this 5 stars but they sent me the wrong sized ear tip. When purchasing the AirPod it gives you the option to choose what size you want for your ear tip so I chose small but they sent me medium. After contacting support they told me that they send the airpod with a random size ear tip so I dont understand why they would even give you the option to choose. Keep in mind that if you buy an airpod from this website you will probably have to spend more money to buy the ear tip that works for you. Other than that the airpod works great but still a little dissatisfied with the overall experience.
