Sent wrong AirPod.

I placed an order for the incorrect generation of AirPod. Submitted a return, and was sent the same AirPod a second time.

Airpod isn't compatible and no response from customer service

Initially, the wrong AirPod was sent at my fault. I reached out ti Customer Service they were great. They had me send them my model number to send me the right AirPod. They sent me an AirPod that is still not compatible and now I’ve reached out to them multiple times, and had yet to receive a response. Right now I'm stuck with an Airpod that doesn't work and unable to get any assistance from the company.
