The airpod is great when it connects...

The airpod is great, when it connects. I have followed the instructions fully and it will not maintain connectivity. I have factory reset it, reset blue tooth and without fail I go to use the right headphone and nothing. It's as if it doesn't exist. Then I reset it and it connects. But it is like as soon as I put it back in the case, it no longer recognizes there is a right headphone. This will likely be returned.

Like brand new

My daughter lost one of my airpods. The replacement from The Right One came fast, and most importantly, looks and functions like brand new! Instructions that came with my replacement were clear and easy to follow. I am very pleased! Hopefully I don't need to order again, but I will tell others to get their replacement from The Right One!
