Terrible customer service

The right one has displayed ugly and nasty customer service. I have called multiple times. I have emailed numerous times, and i have opened customer support tickets. Yet there has been no communication no responsiveness and no customer service after my pixel bud pro will not pair together even after i follow the instructions. This is not suprising given this is the right one. I have been waiting for a response for over a week.

I ordered a right side pixel bud after I lost the original. Google did not have the bud in stock and TheRightOne had it cheaper. The instructions included were accurate and I had the bud paired in no time!!

A perfect replacement

I was expecting it to be a little more "used" looking given the concept of the product, but my replacement earbud is in better condition than the left bud I didn't need to replace. Looks brand new, and functions flawlessly. There isn't any evidence that somebody else ever put it in their ear.
