Update your firmware!

At first I thought I was sent a defective ear bud as I could not for the life of me get audio out of it after following all the directions and connecting it via bluetooth. I spent 8 hours googling how to fix it because I hate returning things so I figured I would save y'all the time. I'm order to get it connected follow the directions that come with it. After it connects to Bluetooth you won't get audio because the firmware is different. After connecting to Bluetooth Open the case take the replacement bud out and leave the right one in. Walk away more than 50ft and play audio out will come through the bud. After that go to the bud settings and manually force the firmware update. Both should work together now.

The replacement bud arrived in perfect condition. Had issues with firmware, but that is on Google, not you guys. Thank you!

Product correct, good experience, slight disappointment

Ordered a replacement bud, it came, it works correctly as advertised. I know that it's not a brand new bud, but for the purchase to have been perfect, the replacement bud would need to be able to charge to 100%. The bus I received can only charge to 96%, which is fine, but sub-optimal.
