The ‘Right One’ was the wrong one, but my bad. The model # did not match.

I battled choppy connectivity and inconsistent performance from the replacement ear-bud while my old one performed perfectly. The new one was nice and clean and shipped well, but I returned it because it was not working right.

Exactly what we needed

Tha Air-pod arrived a bit sooner than promised. It came with pairing instructions which were perfect. I charged both pods before pairing which may have helped.
